Alisa Bank Plc (Finnish: Alisa Pankki Oyj) is a fully digital Finnish bank headquartered in Helsinki, formed in 2022 by combining Fellow Finance with Evli Bank's banking operations and renamed Alisa Pankki in April 2023; it is listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki main list (ticker ALISA). After merging with invoice-financing company PURO Finance in 2024 and exiting consumer lending in December 2025, the bank now focuses on SME financing while offering consumers savings accounts and fixed-term deposits. It serves roughly 44,000 active customers and is supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
