Overview
OP Financial Group (now OP Pohjola) is Finland's largest financial services group, a cooperative made up of OP member cooperative banks and their central organisation, OP Cooperative, headquartered in Helsinki. Tracing its roots to 1902, it provides a comprehensive range of banking and insurance services to private and corporate customers, including daily banking, home loans, savings and investment, and non-life insurance through Pohjola Insurance. The group has more than two million owner-customers and is directly supervised by the European Central Bank.
