Overview

Oma Savings Bank (OmaSp) is Finland's largest independent savings bank, formed in 2009 through mergers of local savings banks whose roots reach back to 1875, with its head office in Lappeenranta and domicile in Seinäjoki. Listed on Nasdaq Helsinki since 2018, it serves over 200,000 private and corporate customers through around 48 branches and digital channels, offering daily banking, mortgages and SME financing. In 2026 S-Bank launched a public tender offer to acquire all OmaSp shares.
