S-Bank (Finnish: S-Pankki) is a Finnish retail bank and wealth manager founded in 2006 and headquartered in Helsinki, owned by SOK Corporation and the regional cooperatives of the S Group. Known as Finland's first “supermarket bank”, it offers free everyday banking to co-op members alongside cards, mortgages, savings and wealth management, serving roughly 3.2 million customers. Its 2023 acquisition of Handelsbanken's Finnish retail operations made it one of the largest banks in Finnish housing loans and deposits.
